What's an ARC?

ARC stands for Advance Reader's Copy or Advance Review Copy. They are the preliminary versions of a book that publishers distribute prior to its official release. These advance copies are intended for reviewers, bloggers, librarians and booksellers to garner feedback, generate early reviews and build buzz for the launch.
